In this 10-minute video, eurythmy educator Cynthia Hoven introduces two gentle movement exercises that invite a sense of grounding, openness and inner balance. Rooted in anthroposophy, eurythmy combines intentional movement with awareness of body, soul and spirit.
The first exercise explores the balance between downward weight and upward light, finding a center in the heart. The second alternates between opening outward and returning inward, using the image of a flower unfolding and becoming a seed. Hoven guides viewers to move with ease, pause in stillness and carry a sense of refreshment into daily life.
